About Valquest


Valquest is a valuation practice established on 1 May 2000 in its current form, which incorporated the original A W Vallun Property Valuations, being a successful valuation practice established in October 1996.

Our Goals

To supply our clients with a professional valuation service of the highest standard, in line with the valuation profession and its governing framework.

To collaborate with our clients, empowering them with a deeper understanding of the current market via relevant, interrogated research compounded with sound technical principles, to determine realistic valuations with the utmost integrity.


BEE

Valquest is B-BBEE Level 4 accredited and remains committed to transformation in the property valuation industry. To that end, all interns are historically disadvantaged individuals. Furthermore, the future appointment of an additional director (as noted in the organogram above) shall be made from this same pool of interns groomed within the Valquest stable.
